If you believe you’ve experienced or witnessed an incident involving misconduct at Temple University, the first step toward resolving the incident is to report it.

Note: Faculty/Staff reporting Academic Dishonesty should NOT submit the concern using the below form and should continue to utilize the already established reporting protocol outlined here: https://registrar.temple.edu/academic-dishonesty-charge-reporting

This report form is only monitored during normal business hours, Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm), excluding University holidays. Cases that present an immediate threat to self, others, or property are considered an emergency and you should call TUPD @ (215) 204-1234 or 911. We will be back in touch with you if there is available information to share, while continuing to abide by FERPA. If a report requires additional details, we will reach out to you directly with questions.
